Spent time trying to figure out how to add a post..Must improving here.Regi Agreed - I'm trying to post in the classified forum. All I seem to be able to do is reply to someone else's classified (not sure I should be hijacking another classified ad with my gear) and I have a 'you cannot start a new topic' notice towards top right corner. I've searched every string I can think of with no joy. Unable to find the contact wetpixel form referenced somewhere, and cant seem to find a newbie forum help type thread where I can ask a question. For example, I posted a brief question concerning which wetsuit to use in the Galapagos. Once I'm satisfied with the responces, how do I terminate the post. If you go to the main Forum page, select the section that you think relevant to what you want to post. When that loads click on the box which says Start New Topic - black box, right hand side about and 1" down from the top. If you can see that, you're off and running. I did not receive an email to verify but I'm guessing having a Twitter account takes care of that. I want to edit my profile, but it doesn't allow me to. When I go to my profile and click on "Edit my Profile" it takes me to "My Settings" which has nothing that allows me to edit the information on my profile. Just "Email & Password", "Ignore Preferences", etc... TimG 62 Posted May 31, 2017 Hi Bill Welcome to Wetpixel! (Welcome to retirement too ) You seem to be finding it useful already - excellent! Happy reading. Sorry you have had a bit of a problem with the Profile. Just let me run though the system for you - just in case: click on your name (it should say ScubaBill22) in the top right hand corner on the black ribbon border of the Wetpixel screen. This should produce a dropdown box with the first option being My Profile. Click on that. This will produce an overview of your current profile. In the top right hand side there is a black click box, Edit My Profile. Click that and it'll give you (on the left hand side) a number of options of things you can tinker with - including My Settings. Using the combination of those options you can/should be able to produce pretty much anything you want in terms of explaining who you are, the gear you own etc. Hope that helps!
