It's like new except for a little bit of peeling on the foam grip as shown in the last photo. Other than that it's been meticulously maintained, rinsed with fresh water after every use and o-rings lubricated after every other use. The lens port is scratch free and designed to fit a Tokina 11-16mm but also fits anything smaller like my Canon 35mm f/1.4 L.
