WTB: Aquatica zoom gear, extension, locking collar for 16-35 f4

Aloha,

 

Looking for the following parts for the Canon 16-35 F4 IS:

 

Zoom gear: 19009

Extension: 18459

 

Eventually I'll be looking for the same for the Canon 8-15, so if you've got these may as well let me know too =)

 

Zoom gear: 19001

Extension: 18463

 

Also I guess I need the collar lock, 18469.

 

If anyone has this stuff, could you message me with the cost shipped via USPS priority to 96768? I believe a small flat rate box is about $10.

I have one one that is good as new - based in the UK though so P&P will be more expensive than $10

I purchased the 16-35 parts as I needed them for a commercial shoot...still looking for the 8-15 parts, but no rush as I don't have the lens yet =/
