Does anyone know what type of critter this might be?

I snapped this photo (sorry it is not a great pic) near the breakwater at Monterey, Ca in June 2014. I have asked fellow divers, but know one has any idea what it is. Thank you for your help.

Yup. I've seen them about 4-5 times over the years, always at the Breakwater/Barge. Always out in the sand. Fairly big for a nudibranch.
