Xterra 10 Posted March 9, 2016 Has anyone tried the a6000 with the Sony FE 35mm 2.8 combo? I also have a A7II but wanted the a6000 for Diving and not using the medicore kit lens. Obviously the 35mm becomes a 50+ mm lens and I plan to shoot fish, crabs etc or turtle heads. Nothing wide. Has anyone tried this combo? Seems fairly compact. suahuatica 0 Posted May 28, 2016 Actually the Kitlens around the 35mm setting can be surprisingly good. Distortion isn't bad, neither is vignetting (both worst at 16mm end, and the 50mm end has a loss in sharpness). Are you working with flashes? Or with natural light?
