Inon uwl-h100 or Weefine WFL01

Recommended Posts

Hi guys,

I just joined in, I use sony rx-100 v with nauticam housing,

trying to decide which wide lens is better for me,

Inon UWL-H100 with it's dome, I know it's for 28mm, but I've been told to just zoom in and loose a few degrees (starting at 125 or so), or Weefine WFL01, 140º degrees, made for 24mm.

The thing is that I can't find reviews on the Weefine, and everyone recommends me INON but a single person, could you help me please?

Huge thanks

Riki

Weefine is not the type of u/w light you need for super wide angle. IF you want a strobe, need one with a wide beam angle and which can be moved around on arms. IF you want a continous light for like video, you need many lumens and a diffuser.

Yes I have three Inon D2000s and one is for sale. Good strobes

He's asking for wide angle wet lens, not strobe

@OP - Which one did you go?,I just bought the weefine because it seemed a bit better in paper, pending to test it

Hi I own a canon g7x mk2 in a meikon housing and recently bought the weefine lens even though it should be for 24 mm I still get very slight vingetting as it is my first wet wide angle I'm also a bit annoyed how easy I get flares if slightly shooting up into the sun last thing I noticed is common with some lenses but a lot of the pic is out of focus along the edges good luck

I just picked up the Fantasea Line UWL-09F yesterday. There's a great review of it on Blue Water photo site which puts the image quality on par with the Nauticam wide angle but its about $500 cheaper.
