Hello everyone, 

I'm Daria, currently based in Scotland. I'm quite new to the underwater photography. I have been binge watching wetpixel youtube videos for quite  some time.

I've joined the forums to get my head around in upgrading my current compact (canon G7MKII)  set up to the next logical level. I'm thinking about Olympus EM5 MkII.

I'm looking to change my set up from compact camera to something more enabling for uderwater photography. Would be great to hear about your transition time!

There are always questions to be asked in relation to underwater photography gear and even though I am part of a great local community of underwater photographers in Perth, Western Australia, we can all learn more from the wider community.  Hence why I have signed up.  

I have been diving for nearly 20 years, and more serious on the photography side of things for 8 years now.  I currently have the full frame Sony A7Riii system.

Hi guys, UK diver based on Dorset's Jurassic Coast. I've started an UW photography themed blog: https://www.jonunderwater.co.uk/ - mostly to escape from my other responsibilities- and I'm currently diving a Sony a6000 in a Seafrogs/Meikon housing with an s-2000 strobe. Hi - I'm Lori Ann, and I live in Northport, NY (USA). 

I started doing underwater photography with a GoPro in 2013. I upgraded to an LX10 in 2017, and I'm now ready to upgrade again to mirrorless. I've started poking through Wetpixel forums and am eager to get advice.

I'm also happy to answer questions about the LX10 and it's Nauticam housing. I've done macro using the CMC1 and CMC2, so I can also answer questions about that.

I'm from Bangkok, Thailand but currently live in Washington DC for work and will be here for 4 years.

For the gear, i'm using the Nikon Z7ii which recently upgraded from Nikon Z6, in Isotta housing.
