Ellen B 0 Posted March 30, 2016 Hi All, I'm Ellen from bay area California and am looking to sell my Nauticam housing for Nikon D810, including dome ports, viewfinder, vacuum pump, strobes... Rig was purchased october 2014 and has been on only two dive trips. Its in like-new condition and worked great, beautiful and best shots to date, just getting tired of large rig and want to dive camera free after 20 years of underwater photographing or at least switch to a compact rig for a while. I usually dive one or two trips per year with the last ones being Raja Ampat Indo and Coron Philippines

I recently started to take underwater photography more seriously following an amazing diving holidays in Sulawesi (Indonesia) which was fantastic for macro photography. I am still a beginner but I truly enjoy it and I hope I can learn lots of tricks from experienced photographers in this community. I have a Canon G16, a Nauticam housing and I recently acquired a Nauticam CMC-1 and a single Inon Z240 strobe. I posted a few of my pictures on a blog I recently created: http://heleneuw.blogspot.com Feel free to check them out and share your opinion! Many thanks! ccoulter 0 Posted April 12, 2016 Hi, I'm Charlie Coulter living in western Virginia. I've been diving on and off since 1973 but have been getting back into it much more in the last 5 years. Used a Nikonos a couple of times back in the 80's but never really mastered it. Recently decided to try and get serious about U/W photography as a hobby. Just returned from Bonaire but was there for som speciality classes so I was only able to make one photo dive. Still trying to get familiar with operating camera via housing controls. Anyway, I came across Wetpixel and thought it would be a great source of info. I look forward to participating soon. Thanks, Charlie

HHFeather 0 Posted April 18, 2016 Hi Everyone, I am Heather. I am originally from Texas but I haven't lived there for over ten years now! I started diving when I was 12 in the Cayman Islands and I was hooked...so I decided to become a marine biologist. I did my graduate research in French Polynesia and I have also worked in California, Hawaii and Florida. Currently, I am transitioning from a career in science to a career in art so checkout my photography, sculptures, drawings, and paintings @NaturallyAdrift. I have always used the little waterproof point-and-shoots for my research and personal use and I have finally gotten fed up with the lack of quality and resolution! Thus, I am on the hunt for a mirrorless setup to finally step up my photography game. In addition, I am going to be in Thailand for a couple months starting in late May and I just can't miss this opportunity to get some great photos! Whew, well that was a long-winded introduction. Thanks for listening and if anyone has any suggestions on a good mirrorless setup for a beginner who loves macro and wants a camera that will allow for growth over many years...I am all ears! Thanks guys and excited to start exploring the forums on WetPixel! Cheers, Heather
