Hi, I'm Michelle and I live in Oklahoma. I am not a diver but am a photographer and am currently helping a family friend whose son passed away. He was a professional cinematographer and marine biologist so he had a lot of underwater gear. We are trying to sell the remaining items and hoping that they go to other aspiring photographers, videographers and divers that will use and appreciate them the way he did. For this reason, I will be listing some equipment on the classified forums.

Hi my name is Mike and I am a 22 year old student pursuing a degree in Marine Sciences. I hope to produce quality fish with the emerging process of deepwater/offshore aquaculture. I am PADI SCUBA open water diver and have been practicing freediving for spearfishing.

I'm happy I found this site, I'm always looking for new information and ideas to improve my underwater photography. I use a Nikon D750 in a Nauticam housing, and a GoPro for places where I need a small, reliable adventure camera.

My wife and I have been active diving for at least 30 years and cannot get enough of the Ocean realm.

Hey all! Adam here reporting from Palau. I've been here a year, and will be here another two (miserable situation to be in, right?) I'm currently building up a super low budget UW system based around my existing camera body and am trying to keep from wasting money on useless accessories - there's not a ton of money to be made here, and I'd rather dive than have top of the line gear.

Hi, I am Bruce from California and am just starting to post. I am interested in the experiences of others so I may learn about UW photo methods and issues. I got 2 Sea&Sea D2s and am wondering if there is an issue with battery consumption. I had both strobes stop firing on my 3rd dive and thought it odd since I hadn't taken many pictures. I recharged the batteries and 2 batteries only needed 1/4 capacity to reach full while the other 2 needed 1/2 capacity (1000mah on 2000mah battery). Will do some testing to see if this is typical.
