Ron Boyes 0 Posted April 13, 2005 Hi All, Just back from Thailand trip aboard the Ocean Rover out of Phuket The images shown have not been Photoshopped (if that is a word) other than size and compression - I am pleased with my first use of this camera and look forward to improving my images as I start the learning curve for this "beast" Bottom line is I will now be selling my Subal Housing for the D100 and using the funds towards a second D2X body. kdietz 0 Posted April 13, 2005 Very nice collection of shots Ron.....you should be very happy with your new rig.....images are well exposed and very sharp What housing did you get?...the 12mm WA shot had sharp corners so your dome setup must be right on for the 12-24? Alex_Mustard 0 Posted April 13, 2005 Looking good, Ron! Glad that the whole system came through in time for your trip. How did you find the bulky size of the system for macro? I have not noticed the increased size at all - which has surprised me. Has that been the same for you? Also your images look a bit flatter and less saturated than mine do straight from the camera. What colour space are you shooting in? I'm flying back to the UK today. And when I get back I will update my D2X gallery with my recent images. Alex
