Hi Freeshark! :D I live in Tenerife too, La Orotava, I donk't know who you are but sure we have been in the same dive places at the same time, it's so common here! :D

I have seen your gallery, it's great! You have really good pictures there. The ones I like the best: the lady escarlata, eagel ray (el ratón) catalufa, the colors and close up at the cabrilla. And the last one is excellent, how did yo do that reflection? It's beautiful.

Did you win any prize at the Semana Digital?

Good job, thanks for sharing :D

Hi Ana:

Thank you for your coments.

The Sharpnose Puffer (Gallinita) is reflected in a bubble of air trapped under a rock ledge .... all the rest was a matter of patience and a bit a good luck.

Why didn't you enter the competition? Seen your photos and you would have had great chances.

You can see results of the "Semana Digital" competition at www.fotosubtenerife.com

Missed out on the sea horse you spotted at Punta Prieta....went up there but weather was terrible that week so I had to change to west coast of the island.

Thanks again

Hi! We didn't enter the competition because Los Gigantes is quite far from La Orotava, where we live. Every time you need to open the housing (charge batteries, download pictures...etc) you had to go to Los Gigantes. And during the week my boyfriend (an UW photographer too) is working so we have no many time to dive, only weekends and night. Maybe next year...and with more practise! :D

I see you won the first prize, congrtulations! Is a really good collection!

There are some really nice shots - well done!

Just one thing though: is there a way to view the entire image at once rather than moving the view box around? - that does get a little tedious.

Keep up the good work!
