Hello - I am Rich Howard, a retired PADI instructor and co-owner of Oceans of Images Photography, founded in 1995, with my wife, Laura Howard, based out of Tampa, Florida. I have been fortunate to have traveled around the globe to photograph some of the most amazing underwater life on the planet. Our work has been featured in advertising campaigns, product packaging and published world wide with National Geographic and the BBC Nature to name a few. With over 35 years of underwater photography experience, I now enjoy sharing my time and talents with non-profit, marine conservation organizations and leading international dive travel.
